MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT was entered into by and between DR. HARRY LOYD V. FERRER, in his
capacity as Head Teacher III of SABANGAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, Sabangan, Binmaley, Pangasinan
and MR. MANNY V. DELA CRUZ, married, Filipino citizen and resident of Sabangan, Binmaley,
Pangasinan, to wit:

1. That MANYY V. DELA CRUZ, was hired by DR. HARRY LOYD V. FERRER as JANITOR in Sabangan
Elementary School on January 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024 and maybe renewed at her option;
2. That MANNY V. DELA CRUZ shall receive a monthly salary of SIX THOUSAND PESOS (Php
6,000.00)
3. That as JANITOR, MANNY V. DELA CRUZ, shall work from 7:00 o’clock in the morning to 5:00
o’clock in the afternoon and if he renders overtime work, that is voluntary on his part, thus,
he is not entitled to overtime pay;
4. That MR. DELA CRUZ shall be responsible in maintaining the cleanliness of the entire school
premises;
5. That MR. DELA CRUZ shall not be entitled to any other renumeration or salary except the
P 6, 000.00 monthly;
6. That MR. DELA CRUZ, may be terminated anytime for violation of any of the rules of the
school and those enunciated and adopted by the Department of Education;
7. That this Agreement shall be binding while the Agreement is subsisting except only when
revoke by Dr. Emma C. Cerezo.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands and affix our signature signature this
2nd day of January 2024 in Binmaley, Pangasinan, Philippines.
