    ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT ON THE CONDUCT OF


    ENHANCEMENT/REMEDIATION ACTIVITY

    Giving students enough assistance in developing their ability to think logically

    is one of the responsibilities of the teacher. Teachers should find ways and

    strategies to know the students’ need in learning the lesson. As I have evaluated the

    performance of my students, I have discovered that they lack the knowledge in the

    basic concepts in mathematics especially in doing fundamental operations. That’s

    why I have decided to conduct a remediation class to impart to them the concepts in

    fundamental operations. I have introduced to them the process in addition,

    subtraction, multiplication, and division. And I gave them an activity to answer for

    them to master the lesson.
