    Respected Parents/Guardians,

    Subject: Sports Day - 19th January 2024.

    We would like to inform you that Sports Day is scheduled on Friday, 19th January
    2024. Please take note of the following instructions:

     Students should bring books and notebooks as per regular Friday’s


    timetable for the last two periods, as standard classes will be conducted.
     Proper school uniform is mandatory, and students must wear their ID cards
    at all times.
     Kindly provide your child with proper lunch box and water bottle.
     Students are encouraged to wear house-wise shirts, caps, and sunglasses
    with pom-poms (optional).
     The use of mobile phones or smart gadgets is strictly prohibited. Any device
    found will be confiscated and returned only upon submission of a
    Rs. 5,000/- fine.

    We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring the success of Sports Day.
