1.Tổng quan 1. General

Chức năng của bình chứa trong hệ
thống thủy lực: Lưu trữ năng lượng, Ổn
định áp suất, Giảm tốt thất điện năng, Bù
tổn thất, tăng hấp thu áp lực và tác động
lên bộ đệm.
Nó sử dụng cho bộ nguồn thủy lực và
bộ truyền động tác động đơn.
2 Cấu trúc bình chứa bong bóng

The function of Accumulator as following
in hydraulic system: Store energy, Stabilize
pressure. Reduce power loss. Compensate
leakage. Absorb pressure surge and Buffer
impact.
It used to Hydraulic power unit and Single
action actuator.
2. Bladder accumulator Structure

3. Lắp đặt bình chứa bong bóng(cao su)
Note：
Dịch vụ cho bình chứa phải giống với
hệ thống thủy lực
Bộ tích lũy nên được lắp đặt tại chỗ để
kiểm tra và bảo trì dễ dàng. Nó cần được
cách xa cho nguồn nhiệt.
Hàn không được áp dụng trên thân bình
chứa.
4. Nạp khí Nitơ (N2)
Note：
Bình chứa được nạp bởi khí N2. Nó được
ngăn cấm đối với khí O2; H2; khí nén
hoặc khí cháy nổ.
Trước khi nạp khí N2, hãy kiểm tra kỹ
bình chứa .
Khí N2 nên được nạp từ từ. Nếu không sẽ
làm hư hỏng đến túi cao su bên trong, thiết
bị nạp khí được sử dụng để nạp khí N2
4.1 Xác định áp suất nạp khí
Áp suất nạp sẽ phải thấp hơn 80%-85%
so với áp suất làm việc.
4.2 Nạp bình chứa cho bộ nguồn thủy
lực
4.2.1
Kết nối bình khí và bình chứa với dụng
cụ làm đầy khí riêng biệt. Kiểm tra nó có
bị rò rỉ hay không

3. Bladder accumulator Installation
Note：
Service Fluid for accumulator should be
same the hydraulic system
The accumulator should be install in place
for easy check and maintenance. It to be far
way for heat source.
Welding shall not be applied on accumulator
body.
4. Charging of Nitrogen
Note：
The accumulator to be charge the nitrogen
gas. It is prohibited for Oxygen; Hydrogen;
Compressed air or Combustible air.
Before charge the Nitrogen gas , please
inspected the accumulator..
It should be slowly charged for Nitrogen,
Otherwise will be damaged the bladder..
Gas charging device be used in charge the
Nitrogen..
4.1. Determining of charging pressure
Charging pressure shall be lower than 80
％ - 85% of working pressure.
4.2. Charge Accumulator for Hydraulic
Power Unit
4.2.1
Connect the N2 gas bottle and accumulator
with the special gas filling tools.. Check it is
not leak.

4.2.2
Mở van cầu phía dưới bình chứa. làm
giảm áp suất thủy lực trong bộ nguồn thủy
lực.
4.2.3
Đóng van cầu và mở van làm đầy trên
bình khí N2. Làm đầy khí N2 vào bình
chứa.
Note：
Tốc độ làm đầy được kiểm soát, Nó sẽ
làm hư hại tới túi khí nếu làm đầy quá
nhanh
4.2.4
Luôn đọc đồng hồ đo áp suất N2, nếu giá
trị áp suất đạt đến 80%-85% áp suất hệ
thống, dừng van làm đày khí
4.2.5
Vận hành HPU đến áp lực làm việc bình
thường. Kiểm tra đông hồ đo áp lực khí
N2, nó sẽ khoảng 90% áp suất của hệ

4.2.2
Open the ball valve which on the accumulator
bottom. Release the hydraulic pressure of
HPU.
4.2.3
Close the ball valve and open the filling valve
of N2 gas bottle。 Full the Nitrogen gas to
the accumulator.
Note：
The filling speed to be control, It will be
damage the bladder, If too fast filling.
4.2.4
Always read the N2 pressure gauge, If the
pressure value is arrive to 80-85% of system
pressure, Stop the filling valve.
4.2.5
Run the HPU to normal working pressure.
Check the N2 pressure gauge, It will be about

thống. Nếu áp suất N2 cao, Mở van giảm
để làm giảm áp suất khí N2 về giá trị này.
4.2.6
Nếu áp suất khí N2 thấp hơn khoảng 90%
áp suất làm việc, hãy nạp bình khí N2 mới
và lặp lại quá trình từ 4.22-4.2.5
4.3 Nạp vào bình chứa bởi tín hiệu bộ
truyền động tín hiệu
90% system working pressure. If the N2
pressure high, Open the reduction valve to
reduce the N2 pressure to this value.
4.2.6
If the N2 pressure is less than about 90%
system working pressure. Please change the
new N2 gas bottle and repeat the 4.2.2 - 4.2.5
process.
4.3. Charge Accumulator for Signal action

4.3.1
Đặt bộ truyền động đến viị trí “mở” hoàn
toàn
4.3.2
Đặt van điều khiển về phía đóng trên
bơm tay thủy lực và giảm áp suất của bộ
truyền động thủy lực về phía đóng. Đọc áp
suất trên đồng hồ đo là “0”. Sau khi đặt
van điều khiển về phía “Open” mở trên
bơm tay thủy lực
4.3.3
Mở van làm đầy khí của bình khí N2.
Làm đầy khí N2 đến bình chứa
Note：
Tốc độ làm đầy được kiểm soát, nó sẽ
làm hư hại đến túi khí, nếu làm đầy quá
nhanh
4.3.4
Luôn luôn đọc đồng hồ đo áp suất khí
N2, nếu giá trị áp suất đạt đến 80-85% của
hệ thống áp lực, dừng van cấp khí làm đầy.
4.3.5
Đặt van điều khiển từ phía “Đóng” trên
bơm tay thủy lực và đẩy aty cầm vận hành
để làm cho bộ truyền động hoàn toàn
“Đóng”. Tiếp tục đẩy tay cầm vận hành và
đọc đồng hồ áp lực so với áp lực hệ thống,
tháo đầu kết nối nhanh cảu bơm tay thủy
lực.
Kiểm tra đồng hồ đo áp suất N2, nó sẽ
khoảng 90% áp lực hệ thống làm việc.
Nếu áp suất khí N2 cao, hãy mở van hẫm
để giảm áp suất khí N2 về giá trị này.
4.2.6
Nếu áp suất khí N2 nhỏ hơn 90% áp suất
làm việc của hệ thống, Hãy nạp bình khí
N2 mới và lặp lại quá trình 4.3.1- 4.3.5.
5 Kiểm tra và sửa chữa

4.3.1
Make the actuator to fully "Open" position
4.3.2
Put the direction valve to "Close" side
which on the hydraulic hand pump and
reduce the pressure of actuator close side.
Read the pressure gauge about "0". After put
the direction valve to "Open" side which on
the hydraulic hand pump.
4.3.3
Open the filling valve of N2 gas bottle。
Full the Nitrogen gas to the accumulator.
Note：
The filling speed to be control, It will be
damage the bladder, If too fast filling.
4.3.4
Always read the N2 pressure gauge, If the
pressure value is arrive to 80-85% of system
pressure, Stop the filling valve.
4.2.5
Put the direction valve to "close" side which
on the hydraulic hand pump and push the
operation handle to make the actuator fully
"Close'. Continue push the operation handle
and read the pressure gauge to system
pressure. Take off the quick connector of
hydraulic hand pump. Check the N2 pressure
gauge, It will be about 90% system working
pressure. If the N2 pressure high, Please
open the reduction valve to reduce the N2
pressure to this value.
4.2.6
If the N2 pressure is less than about 90%
system working pressure. Please change the
new N2 gas bottle and repeat the 4.3.1 -
4.3.5 process.

5.1 Kiểm tra sự rò rỉ 5.1 Check the leakage

Sau khi lắp đạt, kiểm tra áp suất khí trong
túi bóng khí mỗi tuần. Một tháng sau kiểm
tra nó mỗi tháng và kiểm tra mỗi nửa năm.
Việc sửa lỗi sau khi kiểm tra có thể giữ
được trạng thái đã qua sử dụng va tìm thấy
sự rò rỉ sớm nhất và sủa chữa đúng thời
gian.
5.2 Bình chứa không được sử dụng
trong thời gian dài
Đóng van hãm để đảm bảo ràng áp suất
của dầu luôn thấp hơn áp suất của khí N2
5.3 Bình chứa không làm việc
Hãy kiểm tra van hãm xem có rò rỉ
không. Nếu không có N2 trong túi bóng
khí và dầu ra khỏi van khí, vui lòng kiển
tra hư hỏng của túi bóng khí
5.4 Tháo bình chứa
Sau khi tháo bình chứa. để làm cạn dầu
và giải phóng khí N2 với các dụng cụ làm
đầy.

After installation, check the gas pressure in
bladder by every week. A month later, check
it by every month. Half year later, check it
by every half year.
Fixed the check period can be keep the past
using condition and find leakage early and
repare on time.
5.2 Accumulator is not used for lone
period
Close the check valve to ensure that the the
oil pressure is above than N2 gas pressure.
5.3 Accumulator dose not take effect
Please inspect the check valve whether there
is leakage. If there is no Nitrogen in the
bladder and oil is out of gas valve, please
check the damage of bladder.
5.4 Demount accumulator
Before demount accumulator. To be drain
the oil and release the Nitrogen gas with the
filling tools.
