Books used, with Unit name/number, page numbers, etc. and additional resources.
Lesson task steps (with enough detail for relief teachers to follow).
Hyperlink digital materials, ideally these are accessible by others.
Highlight assessment yellow.
Recommended admin tasks/procedures are highlighted in blue.
Required admin highlighted in pink.
Include header information (classroom, module, primary resources etc.) Use bookmark links for quick lesson plan navigation.
SAVE your lesson plan with the following structure. Session Number/ Class Level/s Class Name/s Module/s Your Name.
Note: Name lesson plans by the curriculum used, not the class name. This helps others follow plans more accurately.
Upload lesson in correct lesson plan folder on SharePoint. Once uploaded, access, edit, and view from any device.
Provide students with a Calendar Template to keep them informed of topics and assessment dates. This also aids your
organisation. This is a guide only. Adjustments can be made per class needs. The calendar template below is for teachers. Create a
student facing version to share with students on Teams.
