Dear Ma’am,

One of the required performance tasks in Oral Communication is an actual speech

delivery. This is anchored on the MELC “Uses principles of effective speech delivery in different
situations.”

One tool in the effective speech delivery is the podium or lectern. Its purpose has been
discussed prior to the activity. To completely experience a meaningful and memorable speech
delivery, it will be advantageous for the learners to have a podium even the set up is in the
classroom. In this regard, may I request to borrow any available podium to be utilized in the
scheduled speech delivery which will start on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 (1 st batch) until
February 27, 2023 (4th batch). There is an assigned committee on venue for each class who is in
charged of taking care of the podium and transferring it from one room to another. Attached is
the guidelines for the speech delivery as well as documentation through a soft bound compilation
of the speeches.

I hope for your positive response. Rest assured that the podium will be taken care of
once this request is granted.

Thank you.

Sincerely yours,

ANALYN D, QUIDEP
