    BARANGAY CERTIFICATION

    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

    This is to certify that TECLA ENOBIO, with her children NEMESIA ENOBIO AND RUDY
    ENOBIO, are the legal owner of a parcel of land through Tax Declaration No. 2016-46-0003-
    00660 CAD Lot No. 17607, under the name of VICENTE ENOBIO, the said land has been
    planted with coconut trees.

    This further certifies that the applicant is the owner who sought for cutting permit.

    This is to further certify that Tecla Enobio with the knowledge of her children expressed
    her intention to cut five (5) coconut trees and said trees are not bearing fruit anymore.

    This certification is issued upon request of the above name mentioned for whatever legal
    purpose this may serve.

    Issued this 31st day of January 2024 at the Office of the Barangay Captain, Adlawan,
    Valencia, Bohol.
