III. Objectives  To determine the reading performance level of the
students at the end of the school year.
IV. Location and Venue Grade 7-10 Classrooms

VII. Actual Number of Two (2) Teachers
Participants All students from Grade 7-10
VIII. Key Results  Post-Test in Reading were done successfully. The post-test result
will identify student’s performance from 1st-4th Quarter.
 All students and reading teachers from Grade 7-10 were very
cooperative during the activity. Some of the students really
enhance their performance.
 The reading teachers actively led the students during the Post-
test. The students were provided answer passages and answer
sheets.
 Reading level of the students were determined. Some of them
leveled up from frustration to instructional and from
instructional to independent.
 As their reading teacher, I provided reading material with
comprehension questions to those students who belong to
frustration level. I advised them to practice reading at home and
let them come back next month.
