2. Crafting of DLL/DLP(Contextualization)
The school head, Mr. Marven F. Febria, impart and gave technical assistance to his
teachers on how to make DLL/DLPs most especially during Classroom Observation.
He tackled and highlighted the guidelines in crafting the said program in line with
contextualization.
3. Crafting of Classroom Program
The school head discussed about the classroom program based on the DepEd Order
under Expanded Limited face to face class.
4. Classroom Observation
The school head announced the schedule of their Classroom Observation.
5. Portfolio Day
The Schedule for the coming 3rd Quarter Portfolio Day will be on April 21,2022.

1. IDENTIFYING INFORMATION
Pursuant to DepEd-DOH joint Memorandum circular No. 01, s. 2021 dated September 27,
2021 entitled operational guidelines on the implementation of expanded limited face to face learning.
Mahilum Elementary School eagerly prepared the requirement of the School Safety Assessment
Tool wherein the school got 100% both district and division level.
In line with this program, the school most especially the teachers played the vital role of the
face-to-face class was to hone their abilities and skills in handling class amidst the circumstances. The
LAC highlighted on the guidelines in crafting Daily Lesson Plan based from the classroom program.
The teachers adhered the significance of contextualization. Contextualized curriculum helps learners
learn language skills by teaching the skills using the authentic contexts in which learners must use
those skills in the real world. Contextualizing curriculum is effective both for community-based and
workplace classes.
