OBSERVATION 4.1
Introduction: Classroom management refers to the wide variety of skills and
techniques that teachers use to keep students organized, orderly,
focused, attentive, on task and academically productive during a class

important aspect a teacher should master to minimize the behaviors


that hampers individual and group leaming, while maximizing the
behaviors that facilitate learning.

This observation phase gives the students an opportunity to examine


the differentcompornents of classroom management such as classroom
environment/physical seting. instructional planning, delivery of
instruction and classroom discipline and how these things affect the
