RESPONSIBLE TAKEN Preliminaries, Opening The Faculty and Staff meeting officially started at 3:30 in the afternoon. Marites M. Luna Prayer and Greetings The Secondary School Principal II, Mrs. Marites M. Luna, welcomed everyone in the meeting. Principal II Before the meeting started, Mrs. Blesilda Pascual led the prayer. Blesilda Pascual Master Teacher 1 Homeroom PTA Meeting The Principal started the agenda which was the Homeroom PTA meeting on September 15, Marites M. Luna 2023, at 7:45 am. Teachers must request parents to come early at exactly 7:00 am and bring Principal II cleaning materials to clean some areas, especially at the back of the school near school’s fence. Students should also attend the meeting for them to be informed. Advisers should elect Homeroom PTA Officers. After the meeting, classes will resume. Wearing of Proper Female Students will wear a checkered green skirt, white blouse or white T-shirt, white socks, Marites M. Luna Uniforms and black shoes while Male StudentS will wear a white T-shirt or polo shirt, white socks and Principal II black shoes every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday. Every Wednesday is ordinary day. The color coding is the following: o Grade 7- Yellow o Grade 8 – Blue o Grade 9 - Red o Grade 10 – Black o Grade 11 - Green o Grade 12 - Gray Dress Codes for Teachers Teachers are not allowed to wear maong pants and hanging blouses. Luna reminded the teachers to facilitate students’ attendance because some Marites M. Luna students cut classes. Principal II Students must not stay near the front gate or principal’s office before and during lunch break. Chewing of “mama” is not allowed in the school. Implementation of Gate Advisers must check the gate pass of students and encourage them to stay inside the school Marites M. Luna Pass during lunch break. Principal II Conserve Energy Cellphones are not allowed during class hours and no charging of phones to conserve energy. Marites M. Luna Put off lights and electric fan during lunch break and vacant time. Students can stay outside Principal II under the trees. Loitering No loitering during class hours. Marites M. Luna Principal II Sickness and Emergencies In case of sickness and emergencies, only parents can fetch their children. Advisers must have Marites M. Luna the contact number of parents. Principal II Excuse letter English and Filipino teachers must teach students the proper way to make an excuse letter. Marites M. Luna Principal II Television Use television as instructional materials. Extension and HDMI should be fixed and intack in Marites M. Luna the classroom. Do not remove HDMI. Principal II Homeroom Project Submit previous homeroom project, and financial statement. If teachers are planning to have a Marites M.
