1. To maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the WASH Facilities, this school hereby announces
the schedule of sanitizing all the toilets and handwashing facilities.

2. Stated in the table below are the facilities with teachers assigned to sanitize and the schedule
for sanitation.

3. Please see to it that before you will go home, the facilities are cleaned and the toilets are
locked and the sanitizing materials is put in place to keep out of reach of the children.

4. All expenses to be incurred by the task force shall be charged against school MOOE and Local
Funds subject to usual accounting and auditing rules being implement.
