    The teachers of Basalem Elementary School met for INSET Days 4 and 5 to discuss the Multi-Year RPMS Timeline and various RPMS tools and guidelines. On Day 4, topics presented included DepEd Memorandum No. 008 regarding the Results-based Performance Management System and Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers. Day 5 focused on completing the making of RPMS portfolios and providing certificates to participants to close out the program.     January 29, 2024

    The teachers of Basalem Elementary School met in INSET 2024 at exactly 7:30 in the
    morning. The meeting was held in the Kinder-Lily room of Basalem ES, Basalem, Buug, Zamboanga
    Sibugay. 100% of the teachers were present representing a quorum. The program started with a
    doxology followed by the singing of national anthem. All participants were energized with a zumba
    dance.

    The following topics were presented and discussed thoroughly:

    I. DepEd Memorandum No. 008, S. 2023 Multi-Year Guidelines on te Results-based
    Performance Management System- Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers

    With no further business to be discussed, the INSET was adjourned at 4:30 pm.
