purpose of the MS is to be a document to guide works execution.

METHOD STATEMENT The checklist needs reflecting items in the ITP and actual works
Appendix D procedure - notably to include to the least the items below (we realize
the actual works have been in progress many months prior to this MS
issuance, nevertheless the checklist content needs updating
considering this is the only document confirming the SE’s evidence of
checks).
