SUBJECT : REQUEST FOR VEHICLE TO CONDUCT SITE INVESTIGATION

IN ISABELA AND BAGUIO CITY FOR ALLEGED VIOLATION OF
CSC RESOLUTION NO. 2100064

In response to a complaint filed in violation of CSC Resolution No. 2100064,

the following ERDB personnel(s) are hereby instructed to conduct site visitation vis-
à-vis investigation in DENR-CENRO Protected Area Management Office
(PAMO) Building, Sitio Magolu, Antaga 1st, Tumauini, Isabela and in Baguio
City on 17- 21 of July 2023, to wit:

1.) Mrs. Janine C. Baguhin (Head of the Party); and

2.) Atty. Eugene Julius L. Paranaque.
