Talent Sourcing Specialist I January 2022 – June 2023

 Proactively source passive and active talent through social channels, job boards, ATS system, CRM,
referrals, and other creative avenues to generate diverse talent pipelines.
 Present screened, qualified candidates to hiring stakeholders across the business in consideration for
critical hiring needs as assigned.
 Compile and distribute key sourcing, hiring & market data to TA Leaders to help drive sourcing strategy,
and enable faster, smarter hiring decisions.
 Being able to communicate effectively through both spoken and written media.
 Engaging the target talent audience via social media and corresponding with candidates and hiring

Present

 In addition to the above mentioned, my contribution in clinical Recruitment is 15+ hires each month
across EMEA (Spain, Serbia, Croatia, France, Greece, Turkey, Portugal, Poland, Bulgaria, Russia, Belgium,
Bulgaria), covering positions like Clinical Research Associates, Clinical Trial Managers, Clinical Operations
Managers, Project Managers, Project Directors, SSU and Regulatory, as well as the Cybersecurity roles.
Dealing with pharma worldwide ensuring BU needs are met in a timely manner, supporting our clients
such as Pfizer, BMS, MSD, GSK, Novartis, Alexion, and many others in Full Service in EMEA aside from our
own, SYNEOS HEALTH FSO business unit. In addition, I own the pleasure to train and mentor our
newcomers and contribute to their development. In January 2022, I was the very first person at our
Serbian Souring Team, and since than I enjoyed welcoming 8 more people and provided them with my
support.
  I also had a chance to become the only Sourcing Specialist and a main point of contact responsible for
high-demanding position of Senior Director of Information Security and Architecture within very
challenging Serbian market, and successfully managed to create a pipeline, source, interview and in the
end hire a fitting candidate for the position in a short space of time.
