E. Student Academic Counseling and Support
Arrangements for availability of faculty and teaching staff for individual student
consultations and academic advice :
Faculty and teaching staff are available for individual student consultations and academic
advice for ten office hours per week. Faculty office hours and teaching slots are posted on the
Moodle and pinned on his/her office door. Students can contact the faculty member
accordingly. In addition to these office hours, faculty can be contacted through e-mail,
WhatsApp course group, and telephone.
