CONDUCT OF MID-YEAR PERFORMANCE REVIEW AND OTHER RELATED

ACTIVITIES

1. As we reach the midpoint of the academic year, it is essential to look back of

our accomplishments and areas for improvement. To facilitate this process,
this office announces that we will be conducting the Mid-Year Performance
Review along with other related activities on January 24-25, 2024 and
January 29-30, 2024 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at ______________
Classroom.

2. The objectives of the said meeting are as follows:

a. Presentation of approved AIP and APP;

b. Presentation and adoption of contextualized Catch-Up Fridays &

its related incentives and discussion of compensatory time off;

c. Intensive Review on the Implementing Guidelines of Yes-O, SSLG,

BKD, Art Club, Boy Scout and Girl Scout and discussion on the
Student Handbook and other school rules and regulations;

d. Review of various MOVs for IPCRF Validation;

e. Discussion of the criteria on the different awards and recognition

and other related activities for BAHANDI & YUKBO 2024.

3. All agreements made during this meeting are valid and should be followed
strictly. Minutes of the meeting should be prepared by the Faculty Secretary.

4. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum are

desired.
