C. ASSESSMENT PLAN
 Demonstration –using direct observation to measure knowledge and skills of the learners (face to face)
 Written test -to identify the learners prescribe knowledge (Portfolio)
 Oral questioning- to know learners understanding on underpinning knowledge based on the training regulations. (face to face)
D. TEACHER’S SELF-REFLECTION OF THE SESSION
Trainees were able to understand the process of Contributing to quality system, with the use of CBLM the information & skills they
need to know. Through direct observation or written test and performance test and self-checks, students were able to prove that they
learned from the lesson.
