    One Vanessa Torres y Sta Cruz reported to the Kidapawan City Police Station that on September 27, 2022 at around 7:30pm, a stabbing incident occurred along Quezon Boulevard in Barangay Baliktaran, Kidapawan City where a victim, Jose Dela Cruz y Ramos of Barangay Singao, was attacked by two unidentified male assailants who fled the scene with the bladed weapon used in the stabbing.
