Feelings

emotions occupy your thoughts, this means there is a lesser space to analyze
the situation because feelings occupy it.

behavioral pattern indicating friendliness and positive social interaction

Holistic Development

-It refers to the process of actualization and learning that combines an individual’s
mental, physical, social, emotional and spiritual growth.

Physiological Development

 rapid growth

 muscle modification

the changes are preparing you to become physically capable of biological reproduction.
It also refers to the changes that occur in an organism’s body as it grows matures.

Cognitive Development

 the brain continues to develop, you are beginning to think from abstract terms
and able to conceptualize theoretical ideas

developmental terms of information processing conceptual resources,
perceptual skills, language learning.

Psychological Development
 changes in the emotions, feelings, moods and manner of thinking
 ongoing establishments of strongly-held beliefs, values and goals in life.

capabilities and functioning over the course of a normal life span.

Social development

 refers the growth in a person’s social skills as they grow.

Spiritual Development

 relates to the fundamental questions about the meaning and purpose of life
which affect e everyone and is not about becoming, more spiritual, it is about
realizing or becoming more and more aware of one’s natural, innate
spirituality.

questions concerning existence, essence, spiritually, religion and God.

Remember:

 Emotions can direct and control thoughts that sometimes affect your
consciousness.
 This can also lead to loss of focus
 As a teenager, it is very important to focus on your goals.
 A focused goal will lead to high intelligence.
