In the first day up to three the sales of sushi increased and when it came to the fourth day the sales

decreased until another seven days same with the other product like Udon, Tempura, Yakitori and

Donburi. The bestselling product is sushi with a range of 45 pcs per day and increasing to 60 pcs,

it was followed by donburi with a range of 35 pcs per day to 45 pcs in the past seven days

Tempura is the trend of the products base on the charts based on the resulting graphs after

seven days

2. given the forecast based on the chart if you are the owner what are the preparations you

need to do in terms of: supply of raw materials and man power?

I will produce a product on the first day depending on the location of my store, on the first

day I will produce 70-100 pcs and when the inventory is finished, I will be able to figure

out how many I will produce the next day. Of course, it also depends on the number of

people and the day when the number of people increases

3. what is the importance of demand forecasting?

This is important because you will know what people like about what product you are

selling. you will know what people demand in the future of your sales. This is a way for

business owners to think easily and get an idea of what the people they are buying from

want.
