ASSIGNMENT: (Report 20% / Group Presentation 10%)

INTRODUCTION:
This assignment aims to provide students with the necessary skills to understand and apply
business communication practices in managing real-life business scenarios.

INSTRUCTION:
Work in groups of 7 (SEVEN) max. Assignments that do not adhere to these group
requirements will not be accepted. Group members are not necessary from the same tutorial
class/session.

ASSIGNMENT QUESTIONS:
In 2023, Vietnam lifted more Covid-19 curbs and interstate & international travel restrictions
for locals and visitors. Thus, as a promotion executive of a local travel agency in Vietnam,
you are about to promote a LOCAL vacation destination in Vietnam to your client. Prepare a
report proposal and presentation material, i.e., PowerPoint.

REPORT SPECIFICATION:
 Font: Times New Roman, Size: 12. 1.5line spacing
 Margin: Left, right, top, bottom – 1” or 2.54cm. Justify all paragraph
 Word Count: not more than 4000 words or 10 pages (excluding cover-page, table of
contents, references, appendixes).
 Due date: Week 12, during Lecture Session. Late submission will be deducted 5% each
day, until 3rd day, after which NO MARKS will be awarded. Proper APA or Harvard
Referencing style should be used – (end-text and in-text)
