you prefer?
Inez: 1:30 pm would be perfect.
Receptionist: Great. I'll schedule the appointment for you. Can I have your full name,
please?
Inez: Certainly. It's Inez Volet. V-O-L-E-T.
Receptionist: Thank you, Mrs. Volet. Could you please confirm your address?
Inez: Certainly. It's 6 Avenue de Montchoisi, 1006, Lausanne.
Receptionist: Thank you for confirming, Mrs. Volet. I've booked your appointment at
1:30 pm today with Dr. Omar.
Inez: That's great. Thank you. Is there anything specific I should bring to the
consultation?
Receptionist: Just your ID and any current medications you are taking.
Inez: Okay, I will remember that.
Receptionist: If your symptoms worsen, in the meantime, please don't hesitate to seek
urgent care at the emergency department, alright?
