    Nurse Ay :Hi, Good morning Mr.s
    Septi :Hello nurse, good morning
    Nurse Ay :Can i help you Mr.s?
    Septi :I have been diarrhea this morning nurse.
    Nurse Ay :How many times have you gone the toilet?
    Septi :I have been more than 6 times
    Nurse Ay :How do you feel now?
    Septi :I feel very languid
    Nurse Ay :Well, what things did you eat this morning or last night?
    Septi :My mom and i ate chicken with cheese sauce last night and we both had diarrhea
    Nurse Ay :Okey, let me check it. I think you have food poisoning. i will give you an
    infusion so you don’t lose to much fluids.
    Septi :Sure sus
    Nurse Ay :Wait a minute, i will prepare the equipment ( after a few minutes the nurse
    finished infusing ) Okey, the infusion has been put on.
    Septi : Thank you
    Nurse Ay : Your welcome. wait until doctor comes here. the doctor will come at 8.00 am
