Dear Mr.Huang,

We thank you very much for your enquiry dated 24 November 2021 and are very pleased to offer
firm until 31 December 2021 on the following terms and conditions below:
1. Products: pottery sets of cups
2. Specification: as per enclosed catalogue
3. Quantity: 100 sets
4. Price: $40.00 per set FOB Haiphong including export in seaworthy cartons numbered 1-12 for
long voyage
5. Delivery: in one shipment in January 2022
6. Payment: in US dollars by irrevocable letter of credit opened through Chang Hwa Bank,
Taiwan, 15 days prior to the shipment, valid for 30 days, to the account of MBBank, Hanoi, in
favour of the seller for the total value of the goods to be shipped

We regret to inform you that at the moment we are not in position to offer ceramic vases as you
requested. We find it difficult to meet heavy demands of domestic market. However, as our
policy is to promote exporting to Taiwan market, we are doing our best to satisfy customers’
need.
As mentioned in previous introduction letter, we would like to offer you 10% off the net price to
