MELC: Explain how different factors affect the climate of an area. (S9ES-IIIe-30)

1. Identify the factors that affects climate.
2. Recognize the factors that affects the climate of a certain place.
Instructions:
- Create an infographics or a creative concept map the factors affecting climate.
-Use 1/8 size illustration board in creating your output.
-You can create your output using your cellphone or laptop’s editing applications.

Performance Task 2: My Wishing Star
Content: Constellation
Performance Standard: The learner should be able to discuss whether or not popular beliefs and
practices with regard to constellations and astrology have scientific basis.

MELC: Show which constellations may be observed at different times of

Unpacking of MELC:
1. Create a constellation showing unique patterns of the stars
2. Appreciate the use of constellation that is associated in religious,
beliefs and practical uses
Instructions:
- Create your own constellation (pattern of group of stars) with your
chosen name and a short story of what it signifies.

-Write your constellation name on top of your pattern with creativity.

2. Show the unique patterns of every constellation chosen in the task.
