Allâmah ‘Abdul Ghaniy Ghunaymiy Maydâni Hanafi Mâturidi � (dcd 1298
Hijri) écrire:

Ahl-us-Sunnah Wal Jamâ’ah c’est:

1. Bann ki lors principe de Rasoulullâh  et de bann Swahâbah.

2. “As-Sawâd-ul-A’zam” (la grande majorité) dans chaque époque.

3. Congrégation et groupe ki pou prévaloir lors la vérité (jusqu’à Qiyâmah).

4. La secte sauvée parmi les 73 sectes.

1. BANN KI LORS SUNNAH (PRINCIPE) DE RASOULULLAH  ET DE BANN


SWAHABAH.

SUNNAH: Words, actions and Tacit approval of Rasoulullâh 


Allâh dire:
َ
َ ‫ا َ َو ل َْو ك‬-ؕ‫اّلل قَا ل ُْوا ب َ ْل نَت ِبـ ُع َماۤ ا َلْ َف ْی َنا عَل َْي ِه ٰا بَآ َءنَا‬
‫َان ٰا بَآ ُؤ ُه ْم ل َا یَ ْع ِقل ُْو َن‬ ُ ٰ ‫َو اِذَا ِق ْي َل َل ُه ُم ات َ ِب ُع ْوا َماۤ ا َنْ َز َل‬
‫َش ْي ٴًـــا َو ل َا َی ْه َت ُد ْو َن‬
And when it is said to them, "Follow what Allah has revealed," they say, "Rather,
we will follow that which we found our fathers doing." Even though their fathers
understood nothing, nor were they guided

JAMA’ÃH DE BANN SWAHÃBAH:

Allâh dire:
‫فَاِ ْن ا َٰم ُن ْوا بِ ِمث ِْل َماۤ ا َٰم ْن ُت ْم ِب ٖه فَ َق ِد ا ْه َت َد ْوا‬
So if they believe in the same as you (i.e. the Swahâbah) believe in, then they
have been [rightly] guided

Rasoulullâh  dire:

‫اّللمتمعم ماَل ل ْمن مُي ْ مم مع م م‬ ُ ‫َجاعمة ُُم م َممد م َّل‬ ‫عملمي ْ ُك ْم بِتمقْ موى َم م‬
Zott bizin peur Allâh et reste attacher avec Jama’ah de Muhammad . Cela parce
ki Allâh pas pou laisse Jama’ah de Muhammad  unir lors l’égarement jamais.

Imâm Hâkim  (dcd 405 Hijriy) finn déclare ça Hadeeth-là « SWAHEEH » selon bann
critères établis par Imâm Muslim  et Hâfiz Zahabiy � finn approuve li.

Rasoulullâh  dire:
‫موعملمي ْ ُك ْم بِا ْْل م مماعم ِة فمإ َمِن َم‬
.‫اّللمَل م مُي ْ مم ُع أُ َممةم ُُم م َمم ٍد عمّلم مضَلمل م ٍة‬
Zott bizin suivre la Jama’ah, parce ki certainement Allâh pas laisse Ummah de
Muhammad () unir lors l’égarement.

Rasoulullâh  dire:
‫فمعملمي ْ ُك ْم بِا ْْل م مماعم ِة فمإ َمِن َم‬
‫اّللمعم َمز مو مج َمل ل ْمن مُي ْ مم مع أُ َمم ِِت إ َمَِل عمّلم ُه ًدى‬
Zott bizin suivre la Jama’ah, parce ki certainement Allâh pas laisse Ummah de
Muhammad  unir excepté lors guidance.

Rasoulullâh  dire:
‫ار أُ َمم ِِت ِم ْن أ م ْن مَتْت م ِم مع عمّلم مض مَلل م ٍة‬ ‫م‬
‫اّللمتمعم ماَل قم ْد أ مج م‬
‫إ َمِن َم‬
Certainement Allâh finn protège mo Ummah contre unir lors l’égarement.

Rasoulullâh  dire:

Certainement Allâh pas laisse mo Ummah – oubien Li  finn dire : Ummah de
Muhammad  - unir lors l’égarement et le Soutien de Allâh (li) avec la Jama’ah.

En commentant ça Hadeeth-là, Imâm Tirmiziy  dire :

‫يث‬ ِ ‫وتَ مف ِسري اجلماع ِة ِعمن َد أَه ِل العِمل ِم هم أَهل‬

Auprès de bann savants, signification du mot ‘Jamâ’ah’ c’est bann Faqeeh
(juristes), bann ‘Ãlim (savants) et bann Muhaddith.

2. AS-SAWÃD-UL-A’ZAM (LA GRANDE MAJORITÉ)

Rasoulullâh  dire:

ْ ‫ فمإِذما مرأميْتُ ُم‬،‫إ َمِن أُ َمم ِِت مَل مَتْتمم ُع عمّلم مض مَلل م ٍة‬
‫اختِ مَلفًا فمعملمي ْ ُك ْم بِا َم‬
‫لس موا ِد ْاأل م ْع مظ ِم‬
Certainement mo Ummah pas pou unir lor l’égarement. Alors quand zott trouve
divergence, zott bizin suivre la grande majorité.

Rasoulullâh  dire:
ِ ِ ٍ َ ‫ون مو ِمائم ُة مص‬ ِِ ‫م‬

Bann gens du paradis pou en 120 Swaff, parmi zott, ça Ummah (c.à.d. Ummah de
Rasoulullâh ) là pou occupe 80 Swaff

3. GROUPE KI POU PRÉVALOIR LORS LA VÉRITÉ JUSQU’À QIYÃMAH

Rasoulullâh  dire:

4. LA SECTE SAUVÉE PARMI LES 73 SECTES

Rasoulullâh  dire:
ً‫ كُل َُ ُه ْم ِِف النَما ِر إ َمَِل ِملَمةً موا ِح مدة‬،ً‫ني ِملَمة‬ِ ٍ ُ ِ
‫موتم ْف مَت ُق أ َمم ِِت عمّلم ث ممَلث مو مسبْع م‬
“Mo Ummah pou divisés en 73 sectes, tous dans l’enfer excepté 1.”

Bann Swahâbah finn demander : « Ki ça enn là, Ya RasoulAllah ?”

Li  finn réponn : « Bann ki lors mo principe et principe de mo bann Swahâbah. »

Dans enn deuxième Riwâyah, éna ceci:

Bann juifs finn divisés en 71 sectes, là-dans 70 sectes dans l’enfer et 1 dans
paradis. Bann chrétiens finn divisés en 72 sectes, là-dans 71 sectes dans l’enfer
et 1 dans paradis. Et ça Ummah-là pou divisés en 73 sectes, là-dans 72 sectes
dans l’enfer et 1 dans paradis. Alors nous finn dire : « Décrire ça enn secte
(Jannatiy) pou nous ! » Li finn réponn : « La grande majorité. »

Concernant ça Riwâyah-là, Imâm Al-Haythamiy � (dcd 807 Hijriy) dire :

ٌ ‫ َوِر َجالُهُ ثَِق‬،ُّ‫َرَواهُ الطََََّبِاِن‬

Imâm Twabarâniy  finn rapporte li et so bann narrateurs (zott) dignes de
confiance.

IMAM ABOU HANEEFAH �, IMAM ABOU YOUSUF �
AND IMAM MUHAMMAD �
Imam Abu Haneefah: also called Al-Imam Al-A’zam, meaning the Great Imam,
was born around year 80 Hijri and died year 150 H. Left a great legacy and a
tremendous amount of knowledge. Qadi Abu Yousuf, and Imam Muhammad,
are both his students. Often scholars refer to them as his companions. Imam
Abu Haneefah was more specialized in fiqh than other subjects, yet he was a
top learned scholar in all fields of Islamic Sciences, loved by all the Muslims,
and Allah blessed him so much by so many people still loving him and making
supplication for him until this day and probably till the day of judgement.
Some ignorants in recent years attempted to blemish him, but Allah will
always protect his Awliya. Imam Shafi’iy said: “people are all children if
compared to Abu Haneefah in Fiqh” ‫رضي هللا عنهم‬.

Imam Abou Haneefah is the first of the four Mujtahid Imāms and the only
Successor (tābiʿī) among them, having seen the companions Anas ibn Mālik,
ʿAbd Allah ibn Abī Awfā, Sahl ibn Saʿd al-Sāʿidī, Abū al-Ṭufayl, and ʿĀmir ibn
Wāthilah ‫رضي هللا عنهم‬.

Imam Abū Yūsuf Yaʿqūb ibn Ibrāhīm al-Anṣāri al-Kūfi (d. 182 A.H.) was one
of the most famous students of Imām Abū Ḥanīfa. He served as the chief
religious judge (qāḍī) under the Abbasid caliph Harūn al-Rashīd. Abū Yūsuf
wrote Kitāb al-Kharāj (Book on Taxation ), which is a basic treatise on the
issues of public finance in Islamic Law.

Abū ʿAbdullāh Muḥammad ibn al-Ḥasan ibn Farqad al-Shaybānī was born in
Wāsiṭ in 132 A.H., and grew up in Kūfa. He was a student of Imām Abū Ḥanīfa
and a teacher of Imām al-Shāfiʿī. He passed away in Rayy in 189 A.H.

O AS-SALAF AS-SWÂLIH
Salaf liguistically pertains to people-who predeceased (good and bad).
However, when accompanied by “As-Swalih” it means: the pious predecessors.
According to Imâm Ibn ‘Asâkir �, As-Salaf As-Swalih refers to the pious
Muslims who lived during the first three centuries after the Prophet  and
were on the path of Ahl-us-Sunnah Wal Jama’ah.

Rasoulullâh  dire:
‫وَنُ ْم ُث َمم ال َم ِذي من يمل ُ م‬
‫اس قم ْر ِِن ُث َمم ال َم ِذي من يمل ُ م‬
ِ ‫مخ ْْي النَم‬
The best of the people are those of my
century, then those coming after them,
‫وَنُ ْم‬ ُ
then those coming after them.

On the other hand, Khalaf, usually refers to Muslims who lived after the Salaf.
