6 Ordering of Spare Parts

Every machine is supplied with a spare parts manual. If a dealer or customer requires an electronic copy
or CD of the manual, please contact Hartl Anlagenbau GmbH and this will be arranged.s

Before placing an order

1. Ensure that the serial number of the machine that requires parts is known
2. Ensure that a P.O. exists for the parts to be ordered
3. Ensure that the parts numbers (Article Numbers) are from the spare part manual that
corresponds with the serial number of the machine *
4. Ensure that the Spares Enquiry/Order form is submitted

*I.e. Spare parts PC1055J (023 to 027) – The 023 to 027 are the last three digits of the machines
serial number. A machine with serial number 028 cannot be ordered using this manual.

Order

1. Spare parts can be ordered via fax or e-mail. Orders must contain the following information and
must be supported by a fully completed Spares Enquiry/Order form.
a) P.O. number
b) Serial number of machine
c) Machine Type
d) Order or enquiry information
e) Transportation and delivery information
f) Article numbers
g) Quantity of parts required
h) Location that parts are to be shipped to - failure to supply this information will result in
part being shipped directly to dealer address
i) Refer to Section 1.5 of Chapter 1 item 6 on payment terms

2. Upon receipt of an order, our spare parts department will prepare an order confirmation. This will
be faxed to the dealer and will require a signature confirming that the price and delivery time is
accepted.

This signed order confirmation needs to be faxed back to Hartl Anlagenbau spare parts
department before any ordering or processing of the order can commence.

3. Spare parts will be dispatched with a delivery note and an invoice.

4. In the event that the dealer requests that spare part orders are shipped directly to customers/end-
users, a proforma invoice will accompany the goods. Dealer net prices will appear on the
proforma invoice unless dealer stipulates prices that are to appear on the invoice well in advance
of the dispatch of the order.

Upon receipt of the spare parts, it is the duty of the dealer to inspect the goods
immediately. In the event the buyer fails to make the report in the proper form and within the
prescribed period (15 days), the goods shall be deemed to be accepted in good order. The
punctuality of the claims application shall be determined to be the date it arrives at the supplier.
