DETAILED DESCRIPTION (WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE)

We have taken the charger board to the electronic workshop to tested and do the needful repair if possible, after doing the
test by the electronic technician, he found the FACP charger board is damaged and cannot be repaired and the FACP need
to be changed.

ROOT CAUSE ANALYSES (WHY, HOW)

Malfunction in the internal parts of the panel (battery charging circuit)

CORRECTIVE ACTION/PREVENTIVE ACTION TAKEN/RECOMMENDATION

❖ CORRECTIVE ACTION:
We changed the POWER SUPPLY as the initial maintenance but even with the new power supply it has the same result.
(FACP charger board is not working)
❖ RECOMMENDATION:
Change the panel (16zones)
