I. INTRODUCTION
Business administration is the process of managing and directing the business activities
of an organization to optimize performance and achieve business objectives. This
involves strategic planning, organization, resource coordination, and shaping strategies
for business development. Business administration is indeed a dynamic field, attracting
many young individuals due to its contemporary nature. This discipline equips me with
teamwork skills, market approach strategies, negotiation abilities, and the capability to
compete under pressure from other enterprises. Through my exploration of the field of
business administration and fueled by my passion, I have decided to pursue a degree in
Business Administration. Upon graduating in Business Administration, my focus will be
on building a solid knowledge foundation in management, marketing, and business
development. Over the next five years, I plan to accumulate experience through practical
projects and involvement in various companies to gain a deeper understanding of
business strategies, human resource management, and customer relations. I will shape
personal goals and construct a plan to become an outstanding leader, simultaneously
contributing to the sustainable development of the business. Planning and time
management are crucial, helping me clearly define the necessary steps to achieve career
goals. I will concentrate and make the most of work time, ensuring that tasks progress in
the most accurate direction. Keeping goals within reach, handling challenges, and
unexpected situations systematically and flexibly are integral parts of this journey.

II. TIME MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES


The 40/30/20/10 time management technique helps optimize the use of time by allocating
it to specific work categories. Accordingly, 40% of the time is dedicated to the most
critical and important tasks, 30% for tasks that support larger goals, 20% for necessary
but less important tasks, and 10% for miscellaneous activities.

How to apply this technique to college and career planning with help cards:

V. CONCLUSION
In my future journey, the role of time management is crucial. I am committed to

priorities, create a flexible schedule, and know when to take breaks to maintain optimal
health. My determination is to continuously improve time management skills, step by
step, to achieve both personal and professional goals, shaping a successful and
