the negative impact of traveling on the environment”

OBJECTIVES:
Students are able to:
- write a well-organized 120/150-word paragraph
- use available prompts for their writing, appropriate words about the topic and
exact simple structures
- be more aware of protecting the environment
STEPS TO DO
Timing Teacher’s Instructions
15 minutes - Ss are instructed to select the ideas in the reading and use the
following prompts:
+ An easy way to reduce your carbon footprint
+ Mean of transportation
+ Eco-friendly activities
- Ts give Ss vocabulary, or features from the texts.
- Ts model aspects of the writing process in an explicit and
systematic manner.

- Ts model spelling strategies.
