BARANGAY ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ALL FORMS OF UNNICE

DEEDS SUCH AS STEALING OF ANIMALS, TOOLS AND THINGS,
AND TAKING COCONUTS OR ANY KIND OF TREES WHICH ARE NOT
BELONG TO THEM IN BARANGAY TINAMPO, IROSIN, SORSOGON
AND PROVIDING PENALTIES THEREOF.

WHEREAS, no person shall take things that don’t belong to them public or private
property, through any kind of stealing, things or source of income.

WHEREAS, any person who violates any provision of this ordinance shall be punished
under the penalties provided herein.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED, BY THE

Sangguniang Barangay in session duly assembled, to immediately implement within
Barangay Tinampo, Irosin, Sorsogon.

SECTION 1. COVERAGE: It shall be unlawful for any person to do any unnice deeds.
Provided, however, written consent of the owner or occupant in the case of private
property and authorization letter or permit from the barangay has been secured.

SECTION 2. Definition Terms

a. STEALING- take any things without permission

b. COMMUNITY SERVICE- an offender that commit mistakes do unpaid
work

SECTION 3. PENALTY. Any violation of this Ordinance shall be punished

1. Warning 2. a fine of not more than One Thousand Pesos (1,000.00) or Community
Service of not more than One Week at the discretion of Punong Barangay, lastly,file
case against the respondent.

Section 4. PROCEEDS. The Fifty Percent (50%) or Five Hundred Pesos (500.00) of
the penalty will go to the Arresting Barangay Concerns and the other Fifty Percent
(50%) or Five Hundred Pesos (500.00) will go to the Barangay General Fund.

Section 7. Effectivity – This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval by the
Sangguniang Bayan of the Municipality of Irosin pursuant to RA 10353 and after
seven ( 7 ) days from the date a copy hereof is posted in a bulletin board or
conspicuous places in the Barangay.

Approved unanimously by the Sangguniang Barangay of Tinampo, Municipality of

Irosin, Province of Sorsogon this 12th day of September, 2022.

Let copies of this Ordinance be furnished all concerned Offices for their information,
guidance and implementation.

I HEREBY CERTIFY to the correctness of the foregoing Ordinance which was

duly enacted by the Sangguniang Barangay during its Regular Session held on
