Key Result Areas (KRAs) are the high-level outcomes or results expected from a role. They
describe the major responsibilities that contribute to achieving the overall objectives.

The KRAs outlined cover core aspects like market/customer focus, business strategy,
financials, people/talent, and operations.

1. Market Analysis KRA involves deeply understanding industry dynamics, competition, market
trends, and customer needs. This enables strategic business decisions.

2. Business Strategy KRA focuses on formulating strategies aligned to market opportunities and
organizational capabilities. This allows leveraging strengths to capitalize on opportunities.

3. Financial Performance KRA entails achieving revenue, profitability, and other financial goals.
Meeting shareholder expectations is critical.
