On Monday, March 4th, I came into working and prepared for our event today for Unity Week,

which throughout this week we will be hosting living room conversation where we will come

together and talk about certain topic each day. For today two session, we talked about belonging

and social identity and both of those sessions went really today. And then between those two

session myself and a other student worker walked around campus passing our flyer for the

Women’s Leadership Conference.

On Tuesday, March 5th, there’s normally not assignments for me to do so I normally start

working on my homework for my other courses. And then after working on homework for a little

while, I will start working on my E-Portfolio and I started to upload stuff onto my website so

hopefully when it gets closer to the due date, I may be able to just focus on making sure that

everything it on the website and just doing my final run through of the website. Then later on

that day, we had out Living Room Conversation and today topic was about race and ethnicity.

Overall, it was a really good conversation and I think everyone that attended had a great time

throughout the event.

On Wednesday, March 6th, I came into work and did a little bit of cleaning up and straightening

up because yesterday we had Tupperware Tuesday and there were a few things that need to be

done before our Living Room Conversation at noon and today’s topic is about Gender. And then

later today we will be hosting our She Speaks Event, which is an event that we had on campus.

On Thursday, February 7th, my main task was working on my e-portfolio for my internship. I

also took part in tidying up Blackbridge Hall as part of our ongoing effort to clean up all the

rooms in the center. Then throughout the rest of my shift I started to work on homework

assignments for other classes because I knew I was going to have a busy day on Friday and

would not have as much free time as I had that today.

On Friday, March 8th, we celebrated International Women's Day and what we did to celebrate it

by providing free breakfast to the student as they walked pass Blackbridge Hall. Then after that I

started to work on some schoolwork that needed to be finished up and then I left work early so I

could walk around downtown Milledgeville to hang up posters for the women's leadership

conference that is held at Georgia College on March 29th.
