On Monday, March 4th, I came into working and prepared for our event today for Unity Week,
which throughout this week we will be hosting living room conversation where we will come
together and talk about certain topic each day. For today two session, we talked about belonging
and social identity and both of those sessions went really today. And then between those two
session myself and a other student worker walked around campus passing our flyer for the
On Tuesday, March 5th, there’s normally not assignments for me to do so I normally start
working on my homework for my other courses. And then after working on homework for a little
while, I will start working on my E-Portfolio and I started to upload stuff onto my website so
hopefully when it gets closer to the due date, I may be able to just focus on making sure that
everything it on the website and just doing my final run through of the website. Then later on
that day, we had out Living Room Conversation and today topic was about race and ethnicity.
Overall, it was a really good conversation and I think everyone that attended had a great time
On Wednesday, March 6th, I came into work and did a little bit of cleaning up and straightening
up because yesterday we had Tupperware Tuesday and there were a few things that need to be
done before our Living Room Conversation at noon and today’s topic is about Gender. And then
later today we will be hosting our She Speaks Event, which is an event that we had on campus.
On Thursday, February 7th, my main task was working on my e-portfolio for my internship. I
also took part in tidying up Blackbridge Hall as part of our ongoing effort to clean up all the
rooms in the center. Then throughout the rest of my shift I started to work on homework
assignments for other classes because I knew I was going to have a busy day on Friday and
On Friday, March 8th, we celebrated International Women's Day and what we did to celebrate it
by providing free breakfast to the student as they walked pass Blackbridge Hall. Then after that I
started to work on some schoolwork that needed to be finished up and then I left work early so I
could walk around downtown Milledgeville to hang up posters for the women's leadership
