    CERTIFICATION
    This is to certify that the sub-project IMPROVEMENT OF BARANGAY ROAD located
    at Barangay San Jose, Guiuan, Eastern Samar to be funded by KALAHII-CIDSS NCDDP AF had
    already an in-place mitigating measures for possible 3 hazards - flooding, storm surge and landslide
    portion of the said location where the sub-project to be constructed has a mangrove forest within its
    vicinity. In some way, it will help lessen the impact of three hazards. The Improvement of Barangay
    Road is one of the priority projects of the BLGU where basic social services like farm to market road
    is needed. Nearby barangays can also benefit for the said sub-project.
    This certification is issued upon the request of Barangay San Jose for whatever legal
    Purpose it may serve.
    Given this 21st of March 2024 at MDRRM Office, Guiuan, Eastern Samar.
