PRESENTATION
Introduction

What's the activity:Product Creation

Role:
Our role is to taste our pastillas and rate it with others so that we can get the mean.

Objective:
To give our traditional pastillas a twist to make it more special by adding flavor and
filling on it.
To provide affordable yet scrumptious version of pastillas.So indulge yourself with
the right sweetness and mouth watery softness to satisfy cravings.

"PASTILLAS"literally known as milk candies,as an integral part of food culture,and


one of the favorite sweet delicacies or desserts among filipinos.Traditionally such
sweet muchies are made from carabao's milk and sugar,now with different flavors.
Summary

Based on our Data gathering the taste of pastillas,


texture and size has moderately acceptable while the
odor and appealing of pastillas has very acceptable.

Conclusion

The results of responses also releaved that the panel


strongly agrees that the pastillas is comparable to
commercial pastillas.

Recommendation

Based of our responses of our pastillas strongly disagree


their size and texture so we need to do is increase the
size of the pastillas and for it's texture we will add
powdered milk and we will measure all the ingredients
that we will use.
