Uganda

We classified it as descriptive because the
researchers focused on answering the how, what,
when, and where questions rather than the why.
They wanted to analyze the different perspectives
and knowledge of students from varying medical
schools about the pandemic, and to describe them
using the data gathered.
This research provides medical reassurance in times
of crises such as a scarcity of front-liners or medical
professionals, and information as to which medical
schools and students need to be educated more
about the pandemic.
The researchers asked first for the consent of the
institutions that they are performing the survey in
before everything else. Not only does this respect
their freedom of speech and freedom to refuse, but it
also verifies the authenticity of the data that will be
gathered from the select people.

affect each other.
This research provides relevant data which shows
which factors affect the decisions of middle school
students in a STEM related career. This data can be
essential in studying the psychology of students in
choosing their career.
Before conducting an online survey, the researchers
first got permission from the school board
superintendents and parents. This research was also
approved by the university research ethics board.
