The panel head express gratitude to each one of the panel members for attending the day’s meeting.
She thanked every teacher that play an important role during the school session which not only with
the examination but also during teaching and learning. Panel head hoped that new panel members
can cooperate well in a group for the upcoming session.

3. Curriculum Management
3.1 Panel head mentioned there are 40 classes and 84 teachers in total for 2024/2025 school
session. Below are the total of classes for each form:

5. Panel Budget Expenditure

Panel head mentioned that the panel’s balance until 15 January 2024 is RM872. Hence, expenditure
of programmes and teaching materials will be mentioned in paperwork of each programme.

6. Performance Enhancement Programme

Panel head said that all the teachers should give full commitment and cooperate well in order to
achieve positive outcome towards all the programmes planned. The programmes are as follows:
a. District Panel Ast Programme
b. English Answer Technique Workshop for SPM students
c. Reorganize the modules
d. TP Progressive Programme for Form 1 until Form 4 (June – December)
e. Preparing modules to cover class with no teachers

7. eRPH monitoring/PDPc
Teachers need to submit erph according to the due date every week. Teacher also need to check the
submitted PDPc records and always refer to evaluation schedule (Monitoring of PDPC/Checking of
Pupils’ exercise books) in School Management Standards Document (DSPS). Teachers must follow
the respective SOW/RPT provided by form coordinators and must make sure it based on the school
time based 2024/2025.

8. School library/ Nilam

PK1 congratulated our school library for the 5 stars. She also mentioned to vary the programmes so
that it can attract more students and teachers to visit the library. She highlighted that all school
community should work hard to improve the Nilam programme.

9. Examination and Evaluation/PBS

Panel head said that all of the questions should not be taken only form one book. Teachers can refer
bank questions from the panel. Each exam paper must get signature from KP/GKB signature.

10. Protecting Instructional Time (MMI)

Teachers are to inform mc or leaves (CRK) to the principal for relief. Teachers need to prepare
worksheets for students and submit to the senior language teacher.

11. MBMMBI
All panel members are to ensure the hip activities be implemented as planned and instructed. As for
the secretary MBI/HIP is Madam Nor Elita and the secretary 2 is Miss Alia. For Highly Immersive
Programme (HIP), each teachers are assigned tasks equally. Teachers in charge are as follow:
a. Speakers’ Corner: Sir Farizal & Sir Abdullah
b. HIP Hut: Sir Aiman & Miss Alia
c. Banners/labelling: Sir Anuar & Madam Gunavathi

12. Other Matters

12.1MBMMBI
The MBMMBI room is shared with BM panel. Therefore, teachers need to book the room
before use and make sure to clean the room before leave. Teachers need to inform the head
panel to borrow panel’s items before taking it and need to fill in the form.

12.2 STPM
Senior language teacher mentioned that a few classes will be excused due to STPM
examination. The classes are as follows:
a. 1 Nilam, 2 Nilam, 3 Nilam (25 – 26 March 2024)
b. 1 Nilam, 2 Nilam, 3 Nilam, 3 Mutiara, 3 Delima, 3 Arked (27th March 2024)
c. 3 Mutiara, 3 Delima, 3 Arked (1st and 2nd April)

12.3 Civic Lesson

Senior language teacher alerted all the teachers to implement civic lesson in English language.
Therefore, all teachers are required to teacher civic on the fourth week in each month. She also
said that all the lessons must be following the DSKP.
