Ensure the Hydrostatic, Test prosedure benn Approved (Pastikan Hidrostatis, Prosedur Uji

Check all pressure gauges are working with a validity of 6 months and with the calibration
10 certificates (Periksa semua pengukur tekanan berfungsi dengan masa berlaku 6 bulan dan
dengan sertifikat kalibrasi)

11 Check the pressure recorder is working (Periksa perekam tekanan berfungsi)

Check the hydrostatic pressure has been approved (Periksa tekanan hidrostatik telah

Check the total chlorine content of the test water is below 50 ppm (Periksa kandungan

klorin total air uji di bawah 50 ppm)
Check that all flanges are of the correct rating (Periksa apakah semua flange memiliki nilai

yang benar)

15 Check that all nozzles are flanged up (Periksa apakah semua nosel terpasang ke atas)

Nuts and stud bolts examined visuallyand deemed to beundamaged and of the correct size
16 and type (Mur dan baut stud diperiksa secara visual dan dianggap tidak rusak serta ukuran
dan jenisnya benar)

Are the joint are pulled up evenly on opposing stud bolts? (Apakah sambungan ditarik ke

All nuts pulled up to required tightnes? (Semua mur ditarik hingga kekencangan yang

dibutuhkan?)

No visible damage to gasket when joint completed (Tidak ada kerusakan yang terlihat

No excessive length of stud bolt protruding through each nut (Tidak ada baut stud yang

Visual inspection on all welds have been carried out and deemed satisfactory (Inspeksi
