1 INTRODUCTION
This method statement is specifically developed for the installation of the Knauf F192 Knauf Integral GIFAfloor LBSplus
double-layer system, designated for the ADB GRM Relocation Project at the CH64 Building Office in Tbilisi. The method
expression corresponds to the reference descriptions, features and standards.

2 PURPOSE
The purpose of this method statement is to explain how to install the Knauf F192 Knauf Integral GIFAfloor LBSplus double-
layer system at the ADB GRM Relocation Project within the CH64 Building Office in Tbilisi. This document ensures that all
installation activities follow the specified requirements and safety rules, making sure the work progresses smoothly and

3 SCOPE

5 ORGANIZATION AND RESPONSIBILITIES


5.1 PROJECT MANAGER
• The project manager will contribute essential inputs to the project execution plan to ensure the comprehensive
integration of strategies and philosophical considerations.

5.2 SITE MANAGER


• Ensure safe and efficient operations are conducted, with proper documentation and adherence to safety protocols.
• Supervise the procurement and utilization of materials.
• Confirm the installation locations as per the approved construction drawings schedule.
• Coordinate the arrangement of necessary equipment and tools for the job.
• Assign skilled personnel to their respective tasks.
• Plan and sequence activities in accordance with the provided method of statement.
• Conduct regular inspections and surveillance to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate with client supervisors for necessary inspections.
• Ensure compliance with all client safety regulations.
• Verify that all personnel involved maintain safe working conditions.

5.3 SITE FOREMAN


• Conduct pre-work start talks with the relevant workforce, as mandated by Colliers.
• Verify that all necessary work permits are obtained before commencing work.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks for the entire workforce before the start of each workday.
• Assign competent work crews to specific activities, providing them with detailed task information.
• Organize the tools and equipment required at the worksite.
• Inspect and supervise work progress.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Interiors safety regulations, where applicable.

5.4 QA/QC MANAGER


• Ensure that approved methods and materials are utilized and that they conform to specifications.
• Conduct stage inspections and surveillance in alignment with the inspection plan, ensuring the quality of work adheres
to specifications, erection procedures, and requested inspections.
• Perform inspections of incoming materials and review associated test certificates.
• Coordinate inspection requests with Redix as necessary

6 EQUIPMENT & MANPOWER


6.1 MACHINERY & EQUIPMENT
The equipment to be used is described in below list:
• Circular saw or jigsaw.
• Screw gun or drill.
• Laser and measuring instruments.
• Trowel
• Safety equipment: Including gloves, goggles, and appropriate footwear for personnel safety.
