‫ملخص عن الوظيفة‪:‬‬

‫هذا املنصب هو بمثابة مسؤول أعلى)‪ ، (Senior Officer‬يتبع تقنيا لقسم ضبط الجودة في االدارة التقنية في املنظمة‪ .‬يتولى مسؤولية‬
‫االشراف امليداني التقني على كل السلع الطبية في املنظمة ويشمل ذلك األدوية واملستهلكات واألجهزة الطبية باإلضافة لإلشراف على‬
‫الصيادلة في املراكز الصحية ومر اقبة عملهم‪ .‬وتبدأ عملية االشراف من خالل تحديد االحتياجات مرورا بالطلب‪ ،‬االستالم‪ ،‬التوزيع‪،‬‬
‫االشراف على التخزين‪ ،‬مر اقبة الصرف ومعدالت االستهالك‪.‬‬

 ‫املهام واملسؤوليات‪:‬‬
‫• اإلشراف على الصيادلة ومساعدي الصيادلة ونقاط توزيع الدواء ‪:‬يشمل ذلك اإلشراف على العاملين في قطاع الصيدلة ونقاط‬
‫توزيع األدوية في املنشآت الصحية‪ ،‬باإلضافة إلى تقديم الدعم التقني لهم لضمان الكفاءة والفعالية في خدمات الصيدلة‪.‬‬
‫• مر اقبة تو افر السلع الطبية ‪:‬يتطلب ضمان توافر املخزون الكافي من األدوية واملستلزمات الطبية ملنع نقص املخزون وتجنب‬
‫الخسائر املالية الناجمة عن انتهاء صالحية املنتجات‪.‬‬
‫• اإلشراف على األجهزة الطبية ‪:‬يتضمن التنسيق مع الفرق الطبية لتحديد االحتياجات الفنية لألجهزة الطبية وضمان صيانتها‬
‫وتشغيلها بكفاءة داخل املنشآت الصحية‪.‬‬
‫• إدارة القياس الكمي لالحتياجات الدوائية ‪:‬تشمل هذه املهمة جمع وتحليل بيانات استهالك األدوية في املرافق الصحية لتقدير‬
‫االحتياجات املستقبلية وتحديث املخزون ً‬
‫بناء على التحليالت‪.‬‬
‫• املشاركة في تحضيرأوامر الشراء ‪:‬يشمل ذلك العمل مع رئيس قسم ضبط الجودة إلعداد املسودة األولى للطلبيات‪ ،‬مراجعة قائمة‬

‫األدوية األساسية للمشاريع‪ ،‬وتحديث املخزون وفقا للمتطلبات املستجدة‪.‬‬
‫• تطوير استراتيجيات التوريد والتوزيع ‪:‬يتضمن املشاركة في صياغة وتنفيذ استراتيجيات للتوريد‪ ،‬اإلدارة‪ ،‬التوزيع‪ ،‬واستخدام‬
‫املنتجات الطبية بما يتوافق مع سياسات املؤسسة وتحت إشراف رئيس قسم ضبط الجودة‪.‬‬
‫• دعم إجراءات الجرد ‪:‬يتطلب املساعدة في إجراء الجرد الدوري والسنوي للمخزون لضمان دقة السجالت‪.‬‬
‫• تطبيق ممارسات التوزيع والتخزين الجيد ‪:‬يشمل ضمان التزام الفريق بمعايير التوزيع الجيد والتخزين الجيد‪ ،‬من خالل التحقق‬
‫من صحة الوثائق وضمان نقل وتخزين السلع الطبية بطريقة تحافظ على جودتها‪.‬‬

‫• زيارة املستودعات ونقاط التوزيع بانتظام ‪:‬إلجراء عمليات التدقيق وتقديم الدعم التقني والتوصيات لتحسين عمليات التخزين‬

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from recognized university
• At least 2 years professional experience in management of Medical Commodities procurement, storage and
distribution in the health program.
• Must have experience with warehousing and assembling medical and surgical kits.
• Must be good in written and spoken English.
• Must be skilled in Microsoft Office specially MS-Excel and MS-Word
• Must be able to travel to field sites (Northeastern Syria (NES))
• Must have excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment .
Position Summary
This position is a senior officer, technically subordinate to the quality control department in the organization's technical
department. He is responsible for technical field supervision of all medical goods in the organization, including medicines,
consumables, and medical devices, in addition to supervising pharmacists in health centers and monitoring their work. The
supervision process begins by identifying needs, going through ordering, receiving, distribution, supervising storage,
monitoring disbursement and consumption rates.

Responsibilities:
• Supervising pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, and drug distribution points: Involves overseeing pharmacy
staff and distribution points within health facilities, providing technical support to ensure efficiency and
effectiveness in pharmacy services.
• Monitoring medical goods availability: Ensures continuous stock availability of medications and medical supplies
to prevent shortages and financial losses due to expired products.
• Overseeing medical devices: Coordination with medical teams to determine technical requirements for medical
devices, ensuring their maintenance and efficient operation within health facilities.
• Managing quantitative measurement of pharmaceutical needs: Collecting and analyzing data on drug
consumption within health facilities to estimate future needs and update stock based on analyses.
• Participating in preparing purchase orders: Working closely with the Quality Control Head to draft initial orders,
reviewing the essential drug list for projects, and updating stock according to emerging requirements.
• Developing supply and distribution strategies: Participating in the formulation and implementation of supply,
management, and distribution strategies for medical products in alignment with organizational policies, under the
supervision of the Quality Control Chief.
• Supporting inventory procedures: Assisting in conducting regular and annual inventory audits to ensure record
accuracy.
• Implementing good distribution and storage practices: Ensuring team compliance with good distribution and
storage standards, through document verification and maintaining appropriate handling and storage of medical
goods.
• Ensuring stock rotation according to FIFO and FEFO principles: To enhance inventory use efficiency and reduce
waste.
• Investigating suspicious products: Investigating and taking necessary actions regarding any medical products that
raise concerns about being counterfeit or unauthorized.
• Ensuring safe disposal of medical products: Guaranteeing that the disposal of medical products is conducted
according to specified policies and procedures.
• Regular visits to warehouses and distribution points: Conducting audits and providing technical support and
recommendations to improve storage and distribution operations.
