A RESOLUTION CONFORMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MS. ELAINE MARIE O. LORENZO AS THE

SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER OF THE BARANGAY 8-A, TACLOBAN CITY.

WHEREAS, Section 7 of the Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang Kabataan Act of 2015
requires the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson, with the concurrence of the majority of all SK members, appoint
from among the Katipunan ng Kabataan, a secretary and a treasure;

WHEREAS, Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson HON. GODWIN BRIAN P. PEDROSA presents to the council
his appointed Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer MS. ELAINE MARIE O. LORENZO;

WHEREAS, MS. ELAINE MARIE O. LORENZO possesses all the qualifications for a Sangguniang Kabataan
Treasurer as provided under Section 10 of R.A. 10742;

NOW THEREFORE, the appointment of MS. ELAINE MARIE O. LORENZO has been moved to motion by SK
Kagawad HON. ERICA MHE P. PEDROSA, and duly seconded by, by SK Kagawad HON. LANCE ANDRE T.
ANG

BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS RESOLVED, that the Sangguiang Kabataan of Barangay 8-A, after a thorough
deliberation approved and concurred with the appointment of MS. ELAINE MARIE O. LORENZO as the SK
Treasurer.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copy of this resolution be furnished to all offices concerned.
