Moving up Ceremony is the celebration of the

harvest of the crop. Today we are virtually gathered

to give praise to the fruits of hardwork of our pupils
who at their very young age showed a very deep
commitment and love for learning. This pandemic
may prohibit us from being physically together but
it can never stop us from recognizing and
celebrating the milestones.

To the members of the moving up classes, faculty,

and guests, it is my commence pleasure to welcome
you to Moving Up Ceremony of Tigbauan Central
Elementary School SY 2020-2021 with the theme “
Kalidad ng Edukasyon Lalong Patatagin sa Gitna ng
Pandemya”.

At this point, may I request everyone watching to

We now come to the Presentation and Conferment
of the Candidates for Moving Up.
The candidates for Moving Up for this school year
will be formally presented Mr. Roland T Genine,
Principal II, TigbauanCentral ElemSchool. This will
followed shortly by the acceptance and conferment
of the candidates by Mr.Edmund Mirasol, Public
schools district supervisor, district of Tigbauan.

This time may I call on Mrs Gloria Tiwana to present

the kindergaqrten completers.

Congratulations Kindergarten Completers.

It’s an honor to present to you our guest speakdefr.

Our guest speaker was born on April 19, 1970 at
Tigbauan, Iloilo. He finished his elementary
education at Tigbauan Central Elementary School in
1983. He graduated his secondary education at
Tigbauan Nationa High School in 1987. He
graduated Bachelor of Science in Archicture at
Univeristy of SanAgustin. He got his diploma in
urban and regional planning at University of the
Philippines Visayas in 2006. He possesed his
masters degree of industrial technology at Western
Visayas College of Science andTechnology in 2013
and earned his doctoral degree of industrial
technology at Iloilo Science and Technology.

He worked as a draftsman at Cedric Villegas and

Associates from 1993-1995 and became a senior
designer at Palafox Associates in Makati City.
He was an instructor at Western Visayas College of
Science and Technology last 2007 and now an
Associate Professor 2 at Iloilo Science and
Technology University.
