presented evidence in a material viewed and develop their skills in
checking the truthfulness and authenticity of certain idea, information, or
topic.
B. Performance Standards:
The learner proficiently examines the truthfulness of evidence provided in
a documentary to construct comprehensive details or ideas in certain
claim.
C. Learning Competencies:
Judge the validity of the evidence listened to. (EN9LC-IVh-215)
I. OBJECTIVES
At the end of the lesson, the students should be able to:
a. explain the purpose of the documentary;
b. share personal comments and recommendations relevant to the material;
and
c. write a documentary review/ critique based on the validity of the evidences presented.

B. Motivation
Today, we will start our new lesson by
listening and watching the music video of the
song entitled “Paraiso” by Smokey Mountain.
I want all of you to listen and watch carefully
since I will be playing the music video only
once. As you listen, please observe as well,
the images depicted in the video. After which,
