Roles:
Working as an Asst. Manager (Fraud and Risk Management) for SBI CREDIT CARD Business, under the
joint venture of State Bank of India & The Carlyle Group(SBICPSL)
Monitored processes i.e. Falcon, Falcon Call Quality for Fraud Control Unit
Responsible for finding out the weaknesses in the records and systems during auditing and ensuring the standards
as per SLA
Communicating the audit progress and findings by preparing reports and providing suggestions to the stakeholders
Monitoring and supervising colleagues and their work, being accountable for the deliverables shared with our
onshore counterparts and management
Allocation of work among the team and working on them on priority as per their turnarounds
Being a part of MIS team - Preparing reports and presentations that are shared with the higher management and
