SOP For Grabber Operation

Reference:-
Material Mixing and feeding.

AFR Co-Processing.

Following activities shall be carried out by Operators before

operation.

(a): Safety Precautions:-

As Feeding materials is full of dust and smells, hence it affects
eyes and lungs:-

1) Always use Safety goggles, safety shoes, safety helmet, and

hand gloves.

(b): Operation Precautions:-

1) Insure grabber is completely healthy.

2) Always observe grabber’s movement area when grabber is in use.

3) Do not use mobile.

4) Do not talk with others when grabber is in operation.

5) Move carefully during operation.

6) Battery life is 2.5 days only. (Insure every day cell/battery

availability)

7) Low Blinking of red light on remote is sign of low battery.

(Arrange cell accordingly)

(c): Grabber Operation (By remote)

(Indication is indicated on each keys of remote simply, Step A, B, C and D
is require before use)

A Turn /move (STOP) in clockwise direction before Use.

B Press (START) for start remote before use.

C Press (HYD N/F) keys before grabber open and close.

D Press (LIGHT N/F) for light on/off as per require.

Now remote is start, Operate as per need (by using A to K keys).

A Press always (STOP) after use for operation stop.

(d): Operator’s Job responsibility

Operators have enough time to perform this work:

1) Place/shift material from one place to another

within pit (Try to store Near hopper side).

2) Mixed moistured material with dried material.

3) Material opening and mixing.

4) Always keep minimum material at unloading

point to unload meterial.

5) No hopper jamming.

Don’ts

1) Do not talk with any others when grabber is in

Operation.

2) Do not use mobile.

3) Do not move around unloading point.

Do’s:-

1) Operate grabber carefully.

2) Attached detachable handrail during Feeding.

3) Always wear safety goggles, mask and hand

gloves.
