Catherine Ramirez. I ask her few questions about the picture
and she said that the problems that she can see are informal settlers, pollution or lots of garbage
anywhere and children who are playing on the streets not afraid of danger. She said that the solution of
these problems are to plan clean up drive, impose rules for children to not play on the streets and for the
informal settlers, give them comfortable area to build their own house.
My second interviewee is Dr. Marika Lapidario. I as her the same questions about the

1. Do you think the solutions can solve the problems? Why or Why not?

Yes, because they are all suggestions coming from professionals who are trusted the most in
the community. And aside from that, their suggestions are really effective cause some of them
really apply those solutions in their own environment and they see the positive result of it.

2. Which do you think is the best among the given solutions? Why do you say so?
For me, the best solution they suggest is the CLEAN – UP DRIVE, because it will make the
surroundings clean and people will not get any diseases.
