I. Objectives
At the end of the lesson, the pupils are expected to:
A. Describe the changes on the earth’s surface as a result of an earthquake,
B. Differentiate the changes on the earth’s surface as a result of an earthquake, and
C. Recognize the changes on the earth’s surface as a result of an earthquake.

4) Review

 now let's do a quick review of our


previous lesson. Can anyone tell what
we learned last time?

 Last time, we learned about the


different kind of animals
 Excellent, Student 1! That's correct. In
our previous lesson, we discussed the
different kind of animals in
surroundings, like dog, cat, rabbit and
more.

B. Motivation

 Today, we are going to play a game


called "fix me" but first I'm going to
divide you into 3 groups, and give one
envelope for each group which contains
different rambled pictures. It is your
task to fix it and place on the board if it
lives on the Land, Water or both Land
and Water. The first group to finish with
correct answer will declared as a
winner and will have a reward.

 In today's lesson, we will explore


different animal habitats and learn
how important it is for animals to
live where they do.

D. Development

 Animals can be found almost


everywhere on Earth. The place where
an animal lives is called habitat. A
habitat is everything that the animal
needs to survive. Animals need the right
climate and source of food. Animals
choose a place where they can get food.
Each animal has its own habitat. There
are animals that live on land, in water,
while others can live in both land and
water.

 Most of the animals are found on land.
Some of them eat plants that grow on  in the forest sir
land and some eat land animals. just like
