I. Seting Out

1 Check Approved Shop Drawings/Layout.

Check Method Statement for installation of lighting control

system is approved by The Engineer.
II. MEP/CIVIL
Check for Services Clearances; and the same approved by

The Engineer site team.

III. Installation of lighting control cable

Check that material used on site is as per approved

material submittal

Check that sizees of lighting control containment as per

2 approved shop drawings and manufecturer
recommendations

Check that lighting control containment is continuous and

connected to lighting control panel

Check that lighting control cable installed embedded in

2 PVC conduits or in tray/trunking as per approved shop
drawings.

Check that no lighting control Cables have been installed

4 directly in concrete, block work or brickwork, walls, floors
etc. without written approval of The Engineer.

Check that termination of cables has been carried out as

5
per manufacturer's instructions.
Check that conduits are connected to lighting control
6
containment probably.
Check that insulation resistance tests have been carried
7
before jointing.

V. Installation of Field Devices
